"Swettestate" has an ideal situation. The former farmhouse is situated
along the Zwette, a canal which is part of the famous Elfsteden-route. The builing
is fully restorated a short while ago. The entire area lays in a peacefull surroundings
in the district the Zwette, but close to the centre of Sneek (10 minutes walk).
Inside the farmhouse two vacation apartments are located, two 4 and one 6 person-apartment.
These are modern decorated to the style of the farmhouse. Each apartment has one
large livingroom with modern open kitchen. Each has a entryroom, at least 1 toiletroom,
at least 1 bathroom and at least 2 bedrooms upstears. The apartments are equiped
with color-tv, telephone and central-heating. The building is surrounded with a
beautifull garden. A part of it is reserved for the guests.
The prices for
2013
are between €290,-
and 675,- a week
for apartment A-4p and apartment B-4p and between 425,- and €855,-
a week for apartment B-6p. These prices are without energie- and cleaningcosts.
Swettestate also has some rooms, price per room: €86,-.
